These pills definitely increases my appetite. The first few days they also make me extremely sleepy. I’ve only been taking them about a week tomorrow and I’m already up 2 pounds. That’s with only take 1 per day the first 3 days and then 2 per day the next 3 days. I’ll start the 3 per day as instructed tomorrow since the drowsiness is wearing off. Exercise should also be included when taking these.
