Q- How can I contact you?

Q- When will my order ship and how long before I receive it?

A- Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Then it      takes the post office 2 to 3 business days to deliver the package

Q- I chose bank deposit as payment when I placed the order. Can I sent the payment on cashapp instead?

A- Yes, you can send the payment using any of our method even if you did not choose that method when placing the order

Q- My tracking says package is delivered, but I haven't received the package yet. What do I do?

A- This happens quite often. First check, check any places where the post office may have left the package (back door, mailbox, neighbors). If you still cannot find it, go to your local post office and ask where the package is. Sometimes, it might still be with them or they can tell you where they left it.

Q- Why haven't I received a tracking number? 

A- Order are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as the order is shipped. If you don't receive your tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at "Youronlineafricanshop@gmail.com"
