Returnable
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Not returnable
For hygiene reasons, opened skin care, body oils, soaps and worn shapewear can't be returned.
- We cover it
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
