Beeñ getting thick for 4 years from this product! Y'all better remember to eat well and exercise a lot! I recommend sumo squats 300 times 4 days a week and fire hydrants 150× each side 2 days out the week. You gone get results within 2 weeks.! If you got hips dips like me do the sumo squats it's gone be magic ✨
