This is an alternative to GML Apeti. Each box contains 20 pills.
If you take 2 pills per day (breakfast & dinner or lunch & dinner) 1 pack will last you 10days.
If you take 3 per day for rapid gains (breakfast, lunch & dinner) 1 pack will last approximately 1 week
Adults: 2-3 times daily before food
